Chakras: the Energy of Life

Chakra means WHEEL in Sanskrit.
The word comes from the Sanskrit “cakra” meaning “wheel, circle”, and sometimes also referring to the “wheel of life”. The pronunciation of this word can be approximated in English by ‘chuhkruh’, with ch as in chart and both instances – the commonly found pronunciation ‘shockrah’ is incorrect.

The charkas interact with the electromagnetic energy field and transform this into the energy that sustains our lives. They receive, store, and express energy by interacting with the universal life force. Being the storehouses and transmitters of the universal energy, each of the charkas represent distinct frequencies within the universal energy.

The universal energy flows from the earth through the lower charkas to the upper chakra, but it is not linear – it is cyclic and runs both ways. The freedom with which the energy can flow back and forth between you and the universe is in direct correlation to the total health and well-being you experience.

There are seven main charkas. Each of these 7 main charkas offers a different perspective on life or any given situation. They are described as being aligned in an ascending column from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each chakra is associated with a certain color, multiple specific functions, an aspect of consciousness, a classical element, and other distinguishing characteristics.

The energy of the charkas, although subtle rather than physical, permeates all aspects of our life. By becoming aware of each of their influences, we can move our attention away from the manifest, and toward the energy behind the events, where real change can occur.

Twin Flames

Twin Flames embody the energies of Creation, Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. Each and every soul has a spiritual counterpart or twin that is their exact polar opposite. One twin polarized to the yin or female side and one twin polarized to the male or yang side. Each of the twins retained a seed of their counterpart.
