Overview
Pretty Woman is the highest-grossing film of the romantic comedy genre, and possibly the most well-known. Tracheitis – Inflammation of the Trachea (windpipe).

Here are some info I gathered about Tracheitis:

Tracheitis is a bacterial infection of the trachea usually caused by viruses responsible for Colds, Influenza, Laryngitis and Bronchitis whereas the most common cause is Staphylococcus aureus.

Symptoms:
Causes a sore, burning sensation as air is taken into the lungs;
Intercostal retractions (the muscles between the ribs pull in as one attempts to breathe);
The trachea feels as if there is a raw, sore streak down it, with the mucus (tenacious, sticky phlegm) too far down to be coughed up.

Frequently, Tracheitis follows a recent viral upper respiratory infection (which I had about 3 weeks ago – influenza).

Chakra means WHEEL in Sanskrit.
The word comes from the Sanskrit “cakra” meaning “wheel, circle”, and sometimes also referring to the “wheel of life”. The pronunciation of this word can be approximated in English by ‘chuhkruh’, with ch as in chart and both instances – the commonly found pronunciation ‘shockrah’ is incorrect.

The charkas interact with the electromagnetic energy field and transform this into the energy that sustains our lives. They receive, store, and express energy by interacting with the universal life force. Being the storehouses and transmitters of the universal energy, each of the charkas represent distinct frequencies within the universal energy.

The universal energy flows from the earth through the lower charkas to the upper chakra, but it is not linear – it is cyclic and runs both ways. The freedom with which the energy can flow back and forth between you and the universe is in direct correlation to the total health and well-being you experience.

There are seven main charkas. Each of these 7 main charkas offers a different perspective on life or any given situation.
